Choose an edition, then a format
Every edition comes as a Kindle ebook and a paperback, as an app you can open on any phone, and any edition can be sent to a friend as a gift. Each edition goes on sale on its launch day. Some people still prefer the feel of the page; no one is left out.
Read today on any device
Phone, tablet, computer or Kindle, with every study link, the online journal and the wellness sheet one tap away.
For the bedside or the kitchen counter
The full book with write-in journal pages: baseline, daily tracker, weekly reflections, your Day-29 ritual card and the Day-33 review.
Breathe along, read and journal in one place
The guided breath is free on all 34 days, and the reading and journal for Days 0 to 2 are free too. From Day 3 the proof and the appendices open with one payment, for life. Works offline once opened. Free Sync for every reader lets you start on your laptop and carry on from your phone, with your progress and journal encrypted so only you can read them.
Send the 33 days to someone
Choose the edition that suits their faith or outlook and send it by email. They do not need a Kindle device to read it.
33 versions
One practice, many doors in
The same 33 days, the same 33 studies and the same wellness data, each paired with the words of a tradition you may love. Every faith edition says plainly that the pairings are the author's own and that the texts teach none of these breathing methods.
Launch calendar
33 versions, 33 days
The General edition opens on 26 October 2026 at 04:44 UTC (05:44 in Lagos), together with the app, and the Buddhist edition follows on 27 October. After that two editions launch every week, on Thursday and Sunday, until the last one on 18 February 2027. Each launches at 07:00 local time where most of its readers live. Times in your own time zone are shown too.

All 33 launches, in your time zone
| # | Date | Version | Launch in | Your time | Status |
|---|
These are the planned launch days. Amazon approves each new book in its own time, so an edition can appear a day early or, rarely, a day late, and a paperback can follow its Kindle edition by a day or two. Amazon lets a publisher add only two new titles per format each week, which is why the launches are spread over Thursdays and Sundays.
The method
The same four-part ritual, every day
Most days take four minutes of practice and two minutes of journaling, at the same time and in the same place. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Breath
A specific pattern: slow 4–4–6, box breathing, six breaths a minute, alternate nostrils.
Feeling
A short statement held in mind while you breathe, pointing your attention at who you are becoming.
Embodiment
A small physical action, such as a posture, a gesture or a step, that ties the practice to your body.
Anchor
A line from your edition's tradition, a saying of your own, or simply the breath.
Proof of practice
"I do not ask you to do anything I do not do myself."
The author's own numbers, updated as he keeps practising. If he can, you can too.
Huff community rankings
Lab results and body composition
Blood pressure
Watch readings
One person's record, not a clinical trial. Rankings count sessions within the Huff app's community only. Watch readings are estimates; blood pressure is measured at home with an InBody BP170B, and one reading the author marked as erroneous (his hand was not resting on the table) is left out of the average; cholesterol comes from laboratory blood tests. The author's LDL fell with diet, breathwork, training and the habits in the book, without statins; that shows what happened for him, not what will happen for you.
Appendix C · 33 peer-reviewed studies
Where breath meets reason
Every practice in the book rests on open-access research. In the General edition each study sits beside a line from Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Spinoza or Thoreau; in the faith editions, beside a line from that tradition's texts. The pairings are the author's own.
Learn
Watch, listen, test yourself
Free companions for every edition: a video overview, an audio overview, an infographic, and a 33-question quiz with flashcards. Pick an edition to see what is ready.
The core set covers the practice and science that every edition shares. Each English edition also has its own 33 questions on how its Appendix C pairs the studies with that tradition's lines. Translated editions use their English edition's set, in English for now.

Appendix A · Seed Therapy
The breakfast and the morning brew
Day 8 ties the practice to the kettle; Day 15 to breakfast. The author's own: coffee with chicory, lemon, cloves, honey and ginger, then oats with a mixed-seed blend. A food guide, not a treatment.
| Seed (28 g) | Protein | Most useful for |
|---|---|---|
| Chia | 4.7 g | Digestion, fullness, steadier blood sugar |
| Flax, ground | 5.1 g | Heart health; must be ground |
| Hemp hearts | 9.2 g | Protein, muscle maintenance |
| Pumpkin | 8.5 g | Magnesium and zinc |
| Sunflower | 5.5 g | Vitamin E, selenium |
| Sesame | 4.8 g | Copper, calcium |
Check with your doctor first if you have a seed allergy, a swallowing difficulty, or take blood thinners.
Appendix B · Free Huff Premium codes
Practise with the full app, free
Earned by the author's own streak and given to every reader. One code per reader, please; start with the longest that still works.
Codes as shown in the author's Huff account on 31 October 2026. Codes run out as readers use them. Huff is an independent app and has not reviewed or endorsed these books.
Merch
Wear the reminder
Small, useful things that bring you back to the breath: a cue on the mug you reach for at the kettle, a shirt that starts a conversation on Day 30. Printed on demand, only when ordered.
The shop opens with the books.
Safety first
Gentle for almost everyone, with a few clear rules
- Never practise rapid breathing or breath holds in or near water (bath, pool, sea), while driving, or standing if you tend to feel faint.
- Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart, lung or blood-pressure condition, epilepsy, kidney disease, or a history of fainting.
- Stop and breathe normally if you feel dizzy, chest pain or panic. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without your doctor.
Questions
Before you begin
Do I need to belong to a faith to read a faith edition?
No. Every edition teaches the same practice. The faith editions pair each study with a line from that tradition's own texts for readers who love them; the General edition pairs them with philosophers.
Can I start on my laptop and carry on from my phone?
Yes. Sync in the app is free for every reader, whether or not you have bought or unlocked an edition. Open Settings in the app, switch on Sync, and open the link or scan the QR code on your other device. Your days, streak and journal follow you. It is end-to-end encrypted: the key is made on your device and never sent to me, and Sync stays off until you switch it on. Your access to the full edition is separate: unlock each device with your reader code or payment reference.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. It is a daily breathing and lifestyle practice with published research beside it. It works alongside medical care, not instead of it.
What if I miss a day?
Do not restart. Do today's practice and write one honest line about what got in the way. The return matters more than the streak.
How do I give the book to someone?
Use the gift button above, or Kindle's "Buy for others" option on the book's Amazon page. Day 30 of the book is about teaching one person.
Can I pre-order?
Not at the moment. Each edition goes on sale on its launch day, and its Kindle and paperback links appear on this page as soon as it is live. A few translations (Arabic, Gujarati, Hindi, Persian and Traditional Chinese) need a different printer for paperback, so their paperback dates are shown separately.
Were the translations made with AI?
The book text of each translation is AI-assisted and reviewed, and this is disclosed on every listing. Scripture is never machine-translated: each faith-language edition quotes established texts in the original language.
