Global Breathe Along
Four slow minutes, together. At 11:11 in your own time zone the guide starts a gentle breath of its own, and as the clock reaches 11:11 in one place after another, the same breath rolls around the world. Free, with nothing to sign up for.
Free for everyone · no book, no account
Breathe along, one day at a time
Pick your day, press start, and follow the orb: it breathes in, holds and breathes out at the pace each day sets. Use it on its own, or beside the book The 4-Minute Alchemy™: the breaths are the same, timed for you.
You do not need the book
That is fine, and it is free. Each day gives you the breath, the feeling to hold in mind, when to do it and the safety notes. Four minutes a day for 33 days is the whole breathing practice. No sign-in, no payment.
It adds the daily movement, the line to remember, the journal and the 33 studies behind the practice. Use this page as your timer and keep the book for the why.
Curious about the book? See the editions. Nobody is asked to buy anything to breathe along.

Safety first
Gentle for almost everyone, with a few clear rules
- Sit or lie down. Never practise rapid breathing or breath holds in or near water (bath, pool, sea), while driving, or standing if you tend to feel faint.
- Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart, lung or blood-pressure condition, epilepsy, kidney disease, a history of fainting or stroke, or a panic disorder.
- Stop and breathe normally if you feel dizzy, chest pain or panic. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without your doctor.

Add Breathe Along to your home screen
It opens full-screen like an app, works without a connection once opened, and takes almost no space. It is still just this free page: no store, no account.
