Why he wrote it
The engineer who learned to breathe
"I have spent my life studying signals. It took me another quarter of a century to notice that I had been describing my own nervous system." The book is the practice he does every day and measures as he goes: breath, a feeling held in mind, a small physical act, and an optional anchor line.
Four minutes, repeated, quietly bend the geometry of your life.Atayero
