Terms of use
By using atayero.org (“the site”) and its companion pages for The 4-Minute Alchemy™ books, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Not medical advice
Practise safely
- Always practise sitting or lying down. Never practise rapid breathing or breath holds in or near water (bath, pool, sea), while driving or operating machinery, or standing if you tend to feel faint.
- Stop and breathe normally if you feel dizzy, light-headed, chest pain or panic.
- You take part in any practice at your own risk and are responsible for deciding whether it is right for you.
The author’s results
The figures on the site (practice totals, rankings in the Huff app’s community, laboratory results, body-composition scans and watch readings) are one person’s record. They are not a clinical trial and are not a promise that you will get the same results.
The books and the faith editions
Each edition pairs the same 33 published studies with lines from a tradition’s texts or from philosophers. The pairings are the author’s own. The traditions’ texts do not teach these breathing methods, and the author does not speak for any faith, community or lineage except where an edition says otherwise. Corrections are welcome through the Help Shape the Next Edition form.
Buying and gifting
Books are sold and delivered by Amazon and other retailers, under their own terms, prices, refund and return policies. Prices may differ by country. Gift copies sent through Kindle’s “Buy for others” option follow Amazon’s gifting rules.
Free extras
The Huff Premium gift codes are offered free, one per reader, while they last. They are issued by the independent Huff app, may expire or be used up by other readers, and are not guaranteed. Huff has not reviewed or endorsed the books.
